Tuesday: Went to a field trip with the art class plus a bunch more kids. A relatively small group unlike last time when we went to the MoMA. Just 20. It was a long ride from JC to Hamilton, which is near Trenton. An hour and a half ride. The museum we went to was called "Grounds for Sculpture" an outdoor museum with chockfull of sculptures all over. What a freakin' nice place. It was so tranquil. Grass all over, fresh air. It was as if we were in Wyoming, away from urban areas. There were so many things to see in every nook and cranny. There were some peacocks also. We wanted them to spread their feathers, but they didn't. It's so beautiful. Vince took some pix with his digi cam and presented a photo CD of it.
Interesting quotes Chris: The sun has no core. Elaine: Have you ever been to the sun? I don't think so.
Me: (looking at peacocks) That'll be my Thanksgiving dinner.
Me: (looking at peacocks again) Dinner! Dinner!
Me: (looking at a sculpture of a skewered human) He looks like he's being anally screwed.
Elaine: (pointing to a drawing of me) That was you two seconds ago.
Today: Had a half day I guess. The teachers' table had a "birthdays of the month" thing at morning. Mr. G. was absent from physics again for the millionth day so we were directed to the caf where I played Uno with Juan, Ciara, Joey, Diane, and Tristan. After physics, Priyanka gave me my person for Secret Santa. I received John. The people who were doing Secret Santa is me, John, Priyanka, Sabrina, Eliza, Selena, Samantha, Meenu. Seven girls, one guy. Wow.
Interesting quotes Me: (To Priyanka finding out I had John) I don't know what to get the person. I mean I know his personality... (Yes, accidentally spilled the beans. :P )

Today there was a fundraiser for a senior Filipino girl who was getting a kidney transplant. :( They were selling hanging smileys for 50¢. I pray the transplant goes okay.
Interesting quotes of the day 1)"This tastes like daul," John says as he chewed on a weird bunned burger. "Dog? It tastes like DOG?!" I say confused. "No! DAUL. D-A-U-L. It's a Guyanese food." John replies.
2)I was spinning my smiley and Selena says "See? The force is in the middle—" "SHUT UP!!" the group cries. "Centripetal acceleration," I say. *dies*

Craziest thing happened a few minutes ago. Was minding my own business in the house when I heard a woman scream from outside "OH MY GOD!!! OH MY GOD!!!" She said this a few times. Then Fernan came into my room and asked if I heard it. He also heard two gunshots. The sounds came from in front of my window. A block up the street. Nikki came in also. So all of us looked out my window. Didn't really see much. Too many cars 'round. This is nothing new to me. Seen crazy shit out my window before. There was one time a HUGE group of kids were cursing and such and everyone was runnin' round. I think there was a gangfight. I don't know. Yep. This is the 'hood alright. Wish it was more safer. :\

So yesterday I stood outside at 6 pm with a ghetto telescope at hand. There had been a lunar eclipse. The moon was gonna be black and it was gonna turn red. It was cool. Its redness wasn't too bright at all, so I had to use the telescope. Very interesting night show.

Well, just came back from NYC with Juan and Ciara. It's Juan's b-day today. :) Sixteen. SEXteen in our beautiful slang. *lolz* Headed off to the mall. Stephanie, Maria, and Vince were in the same bus with us. Me, Juan, and Ciare spent a good 30 min there looking at items at very ridiculous prices (a Gap scarf cost $14 something!).
Headed off to the city after. Stopped at Christopher St. Went to the silly flea markets. Juan bought himself a studded belt. $10 for those. Then we went to Urban Outfitters. He wanted a shirt that costs $24 but when we got to the cashier, it ended up costing $40! >:O Misleading prices! We then headed off to American Eagle and Juan bought jeans and sweater. $80 paid with some change. When we visited AE last time for Ciara's bday, there was this girl employee who helped us out a bit. As we was comin' out, she saw us and immediately remembered us. What good memory.
Highlights 1) We walked through Washington Square Park as we headed for the PATH station. It had been dark and I was 'fraid someone was gonna jump us, but no one did. Thank God. :) Mainly because a lot of people were around. 2) Went back to the mall to piss and eat ice cream in the food court. Basically sat around and talked bout random beautiful and horrible people at school. 3) Coming outta the mall, we saw Maria and Vince again. What were they doing the 5 hours in the mall besides watching a movie? *lolz*
Interesting quotes of the day "You look like a junior. Oh wait, WE'RE juniors now. That was freshman year." --Me to Juan. "We had sex in the movie theater." --Vince "I don't feel fat, now that I pissed." --Juan

Well, it's Halloween. Psh. I never once went trick or treatin'. Not ONCE. But I won't complain. So um today people wore costumes. Red haired Robert dressed as a chef. And he was oversized also. *lolz* So this morn in art class we had a party. Mrs. Kahse had some silly scary flicks from the past tape. AND she served us cheesecake. WHITE CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER!!!!!!!!!! :Þ Soooooooooo good!!!!!!!
So a buncha kids went to Salem, MA today. Fcuk, I didn't get to GO!!!!! Stupid sophomores be takin' my spot! But I don't care now that I didn't go. 27 people went. 27 idiots. Well, not Eliza and Drew, though. :) So I guess all those kids are having fun. Having LOTS AND LOTS OF FUN. :\

Just got back and hour ago from Aileen's party. She's 13 now. :) A teenager. :D Wow. Well, two of her classmates from her school were already there. Matthew and Ali. Both are 12. Boy, Matthew's CUTE for a 12 year old. ;) He is! Aileen's mom was even complimenting on how handsome he is. After a bit, me and Aileen went to pick up Gabe. After a while more peeps came. Ron, Careese (whose name I pronunced Chareese), Armel, Cindy, Nikki (a different one this time, MUCH younger), Alexandra, Samantha... there was a bit of six degrees of seperation here. Armel asked what hs I go to and I said CP. Asked if I knew Marc and Lovely were and I said yes. She knew them, and also my sister! So Marc and Lovely know Armel and Armel knows Aileen and Aileen knows me and I know Marc and Lovely. Very cool. :D
Had a lot of fun there. Ate a lot, and I played sungka with lil' Nikki. She's so cute. Then after a while, Alexandra says she likes Matthew and Aileen TELLS him and he's all "I think she's hot I like her also." I was jealous a bit cuz I liked Matthew, too. :P Alexandra is 13 though. Pretty much close to HIM. :\

So today we had Violence Awareness Day. Joe told me some guy thought it was Violence Appreciation Day. *rolls eyes* Psh. Who'da think that? This year wasn't the same as last year.
Mall area: Some police officer told us bout school shootings that happened all over the country and JC.
Mall area again: Some lady talked bout drugs and alcohol. Gave out candy to anyone who participated or asked a question. I didn't this time. :D
Gym: An Olympian/Paralympian named Doug Heir came to visit and talk to us about how to be successful in life. He has done a gazillion accomplishments. Among them are: being a 5 time Olympian, only person to win World and Olympic Record and win medals at all 5 Olympics, 31 time World/Olympic/Paralympic Champion and much MUCH more. In his appearance, we sat in crowded bleachers. Us juniors and seniors. The talk was long and boring. Out of boredom, I decided to draw a pic of him. When it was all over, some of us stopped at the desk for autographs. I showed him my drawing and he thought it was nice! :D He signed it also:
To Lotta You are the greatest and so beautiful. Have a good life. You are going to be famous! Love Doug Heir
Oh my gosh. WOW!!! Got it signed by a famous person, dude!!! :D

Went to a field trip today. Went to the Museum of Modern art (MoMA) in Queens. So me and the art class went there plus a bunch more people. On the way, sophomore Andrea kept on showing her butt (pants on, mind you) to people outside. We were on the back of the school bus. I don't think people even dared look. :P Also a scary thing. We were on the way to the tunnel when this public bus was trying to cut us and we ALMOST collided!!!!! :O But thank the Lord God Almighty we're okay!!! Lots os us were pissed off at the driver. Me and Andrea flipped him the bird. :D
The MoMA in Queens was all right. Lots and lots of paintings and photos. There was this painting called "The Voice" and it had nothing on it. Psh! Who the hell would call that shiz art?! Unlike the Met, the MoMA was boring. I saw every exhibit and pic in less than 25 min.
Highlights 1) There was a hot dog cart at the corner and the guy who served us was quick as hell. 2) "Why is it so flat?" I asked Maria. She was eating a cheesesteak in a diner and the sandwich was flat. She confused me for thinking on why her breasts were flat. *lmao* 3) Lilly told me of this couple in front of us looking at Ansel Adams pix. The couple were two feet from each other. Simultaneously, they looked the left. Then they turned the other way and walked in the same foot and speed. Freaky! :O

Have you ever had that feeling when something horrible happens, not to you, but it affects you and a few years later something of the same matter happens? I don't know what I just wrote. If you understand it, then you're cool. When 9-11 happened, I've been goin' crazy seeing any low flying airplanes. ANY low flying airplanes that are nowhere near an airport.
So today I was walking home after school. And this plane, a passenger plane, was flyin' and it seemed to be flyin' SO LOW! Usually when a plane is flying around this are of JC, it would be WAY above like adot. But this plane was flying SO LOW I freaked. I was so afraid it's gonna explode or crash into something. It was kinda swaying also. But it didn't explode or crash. It reminded me too much of 9-11...

Well had a nice night out to NYC with Juan, Ciara, and Veda. It was Ciara's 17th bday so happy birthday to her. So after school we headed off to the mall which all we did was window shop. We spent a good 9-10 min there I can tell. Then we headed to the train station to the city. We took the "cheap way" by going through the wheelchair door. No security guard saw us but as we arrived below the escalator, a security woman told us to go back and pay. Sheesh. Juan said he'd done this a million times before and he's NEVER been caught. *sighs*
Stopped at Christopher St. and walked round. Passed by some porno shops, one of them gay. We looked round all the thrift shops. Saw this shirt that says "Jesus is my homeboy" with a drawing of Jesus on it. Now how HOT is that? Picked some stuff and told Ciara if she liked it. She was like "Naah" the whole time. *LOLZ* It started to get cold all of a sudden and we would walk over the subway vents to feel the heat when the train comes by. You know, I thought I would SEE the train below those vents but I didn't. :( Stopped by American Eagle and we picked out some pants for Ciara. Kept on saying it was too tight and Juan kept on saying it wasn't. *lolz* Bought a pair that was the RIGHT size for her. Had dinner at McDonald's, walked round a bit to some bookstores and Barnes and Nobles. Oh God, I wanted those sketchbooks.
We walked back to the train station teasing each other a lot. Juan did some EXCESSIVE playfull teasing on Ciara and then suddenly she PLAYFULLY wacks him on the head with the American Eagle bag and Juan's glasses fall and BREAK!!! :O So there we were on a neighborhood street in NYC and it was DARK with some streetlights on and me, Juan, and Veda are on our hands and knees looking for a lens and another glasses piece. We did find it and Ciara felt SO BAD that she broke Juan's glasses but Juan told her it's okay that he breaks his glasses a lot. *lolz* Kept on saying she felt bad and Juan kept on sayin' "Don't feel bad, don't cry." And we kinda stood there for a good while on the dark sidewalk while Juan and Ciara hugged a bit and joked a lot again.
Came back home at 8 pm or so. Damn Garfield Ave bus took too long to come. >:O
Highlight Juan said I was his "B.F.F." and I thought I was his "Boyfriend Forever" instead of "Best Friend Forever". *lolz*

What a crazy day. Today some silly rapper named Joe Budden whom I don't even KNOW came to our school. I heard that he went to our school or something. Big deal. *rolls eyes* So at 6th period lunch I heard the hallway near the gym was blocked by security and a few people couldn't get to their lockers in that hallway. I don't know who Joe Budden is. They say he's a rapper from now and sang some song called "Pump It Up". But whatever. All the kids crowded in the gym to see this guy and the whole lunchroom was practically empty with a few people. Me and my friends didn't bother going. We're cool, yo. ;)
So after lunch I went to my ghetto history class. (I do like history, however, this is US History II. Practically all my friends go to AP (Advance Placement) History. They signed up for it last year. I didn't. *sighs*) There were only, like, 6 or 7 people in the class and all losers were downstairs listening to Joe Budden. Gym class came and I heard that Joe Budden didn't rap or anything. THEN WHAT IS THE REASON FOR HIS FRIGGIN' ASS TO COME HERE?????? All he did was talk or somethin'. Sheee....
I had my first meeting with the Hurricane Fellowship Club. The club is for Christians and to talk about God and the Bible. Very cool. Mia's pastor came to preach for a short time. He was pretty good. Good guy. Then we did testimonials and such. This is a good club to be started in schools ya know?

Well yesterday, went to Millie's party. It was okay, I guess. No offense, but it wasn't as fun as Eliza's party. ;) I got to meet some of her church friends like Desree and Melissa. Desree's a funny gal for an 8th grader.
Highlights: 1: They served potato balls at the party and I didn't know at first what those were and one of Millie's cute police cousins, Robert, told me they were potato balls. *wink wink*
2: Millie' lil' finger on her right hand is kinda bent cuz the bone didn't grow when she was a baby. When she had threatened to slap Desree (IN A PLAYFULL WAY), Desree kept on laughin' like crazy bout the bent finger (she didn't know it wasn't fully developed before). Kept on imitating how hilarious Millie's hand looked with the bent finger.
3: Millie had some confetti and she decided to set up the tables by spreadin' some confetti on it. Told Desree it was ridiculous.
4: A boy at the party was playin' the Michael Myers' theme and during that, Millie and Desree had a lil' tiff about Millie's cellphone. How weird!
5: I met another friend of Millie's named Samantha who's in the 7th grade. We chatted a while and she told me she goes to 25. We chatted about the teachers there and she said Mr. Franks, Ms. Mulqueen, Ms. Perez, Mrs. Gurcheski, Ms. Perez, Mrs. DePalma, and Ms. Butler are still there. She also told me about new teachers. She had her mom next to her and I had asked her what class in math is she in and told me she was Samantha's MOM!!! And I told her she looked young. We had a good conversation. :)
6: There was a baby girl there named Heaven. What a nice name!
After that, I had to leave early cuz I had to go to Jane and Arvin's baby shower. Which was held at Anniver's house. :P Nikki and Fernan said to leave the party at 5 pm so I call them and the losers told me that I leave when THEY call me. Which wasn't until freakin' 6 PM. Then I called the losers again and said they'd be ready till 6:30. What a bunch of idiots. I already told Anniver we'd leave at 5 and maybe get there at 6. Jesus Christ. *shakes head*
So we go there and Ate Anniver tells us that the FOOD is gone!!! A lot of people were there. My cousin Bong and his wife Mae and their kids Mallory (11), Megan (9), and Madelyn (7). I love those three. <3 Raeann and Ethan were there. Ethan's gettin' big!!! My cousins LaLa, Eric, and Erwin were there also. So was my sis Christine. Erwin was there with his girl Vanessa and Vanessa's son, Kevin. I asked Vanessa if Kevin was half white but she told me they were both Filipino. Just that they have VERY light skin.
Highlights 1: We were watching "Kim Possible" at the basement and Mallory wanted to change it said "I think this is boring." I had misheard her and I thought she said she liked porn. Which made Madelyn laugh like nuts.
2: Speaking of pornography, we were channel surfing Ray and Anniver's scrambled cable TV when we had stumbled upon a naked ass humping!!!! Channel 46 it was!!! ;)
3: More talk about porn. We watched Final Destination 2 after. That's a stupid ass movie. When Fernan put in the video, I asked if it was porno and he said yes. Not!
Today is Nikki's 19TH BIRTHDAY!!!!!!!!!! :) Rachel had given her an ice cream cake that says "Happy birthday, you hoe!" *LOLZ* We went to a Filipino restaurant and had lunch there. Then we rented out some movies. I watched some DMX and Jet Li movie with Ray, Arvin, Fernan, and Eric while the women watched some Filipino chick flick. *lolz* Then after that, all of us watched "Anger Management". That was kinda ridiculous.
Ray and Anniver took us back home here and Nikki and Fernan went back to NY with them. Great. I have the computer all to myself then. :D

2 years.... in the morning, we had two "moments of silences" at the times the towers were hit. In the second one, Judy had been in a closet gettin' some stuff and she let out a damn loud sneeze which humored us a lil'. Just some happiness away from the sad stuff I guess. Millie's 17th birthday is today also.
Edit: It is 9:10 pm EST and I just looked out and they turned on the Towers of Light. I can see it from where I stand in my house.
As it's been two years that passed, I would never, not once in my life, see the Twin Towers standing in front of me as I walk to school. I would never see, how beautiful they look, how authorative they are to the smaller buildings near them. They would never see what has happened in the world all the 33 years they've been standing. Debris and smoke has gone but the memory lingers on. It sounds cheesy, but yes.
